When will I receive my package?

Reply: Once the order is placed, it takes between 5 and 7 working days.

Do I have a warranty on the device?

Reply: Yes, 2 years.

What if my hardware does not work despite the correct system being selected when purchasing?

Reply: You will simply be refunded. A CarPlay that doesn't work will be of no use to you.

Do I need to go through a professional to install Carplay?

Reply: No, not necessarily, we mainly have new customers.

Is there a manual provided?

Reply: Yes, an assembly diagram in French will be provided to you.

In case of malfunction?

Reply: You must contact us immediately via the Contact form .

Are there any system updates for upcoming iOS?

Reply: No, it is only your smartphone that will be updated. For example, switching between IOS12 to IOS13 happened naturally.

Is there any loss of audio quality once the system is installed?

Reply: Not at all, our equipment does not create any interference in the original audio system.

Will my manufacturer's warranty be impacted if I install this module?

Reply: Not at all, the system is plug & play , that is to say, you don't cut anything, you connect directly with the supplied cables equipped with keyways.
